Elizabeth Spencer, North Coast Sauvignon Blanc 2021

Elizabeth Spencer Winery is the realization of a dream by husband-and-wife team Elizabeth Pressler and Spencer Graham, a couple who each enjoyed successful careers in the wine industry and share a love and respect for wine. With a “partners in life and partners in wine” philosophy their wines are built on the importance of strong relationships. North Coast Sauvignon Blanc 2021 is taken from a range of cooler sites across California's North Coast region, but predominantly Mendocino. The wine is light golden hue in the glass, with aromas of lemon and notes of apricot and white peach. A balanced palate offers fresh citrus fruits on the entry and finishes with layers of stone fruits and green apple. It’s well balanced, with minerality, integrated acidity, and a bright finish. Amazing with goats cheese.
